CRAIG JAMES 18:00 - 20:00 more_vert CRAIG JAMES CRAIG JAMES - GARAGE Craig started his DJ career at 11 years old after finding a passion for ukg, a year later he approached the management of a local station SOUNDZ FM about getting on the team and his enthusiasm for the music won him a regular early morning show. He stayed with Soundz for several years. After Soundz he moved on to other radio stations like ESSENCE, FRESH, IMPACT, VISION, DANCE and SELECTUK. Also, while spending time abroad he’s has played on several stations over seas including,Thailand and Ibiza. He was featured in the “Ones to watch” section in the magazine ‘International DJ’ in November 2004, and won an “under 16” DJ competition several years earlier. The competition was organised by a well-known music promoter and was featured in the local newspaper “The Kentish Times”. This led to playing several events at the Dartford Club, DA1. In addition to radio, he has played at many live venues including The Westcliff Pavilion - Langtrys - SE1-Pacha - Fabric - The pier club and 808 club - Thailand. He has also been the resident Friday night DJ at Bar Mosko in High Holborn and Saturday night resident DJ alongside Scott Garcia at the D Bar “London Thing” nights in Wandsworth. He recently took a break from DJing for family reasons, but has now returned to the hobby he loves playing the music he loves by joining the team on PLAYBACKUK. close
